Shipping + Returns
All packages are shipped insured via UPS or FedEx Ground, trackable with signature required (unless otherwise specified) free for all standard or non-rush orders shipped within continental USA. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $25, while rushed domestic shipments are individually calculated based on shipping address. We’re currently only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada, and unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Unfortunately, at the moment refunds for unworn jewelry in its original condition may be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 10-days of receipt of delivery. If any item arrives damaged, please send an immediate notification to email@example.com. On receipt of the damaged piece, we will replace and return merchandise at no additional cost. If you have any concerns about a piece, reach out with as many questions as you’d like to firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep an eye out for a response within 24 hours!
Repairs & Replacements
We are happy to help facilitate a repair, reapply a satin finish, ring resizing, chain alteration, etc. (some fees may apply to select services). If purchased within 30-days and through normal wear, your jewelry is defective; we will repair at no additional cost. Jewelry that has been altered, bent or subjected to extreme wear will be repaired for a fee. If seeking a repair, reach out to email@example.com for shipping instructions, before returning any shipments. Once the damaged item arrives, we will reach out for your authorization of costs, prior to initiating repairs. Please allow 2 weeks to complete, prior to return shipment.
